  3. Drwy’r gwasanaeth Un Pwynt Mynediad<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Mae’r pwyntiau mynediad hyn i gyd wedi’u cysylltu.<\/p>\n

    Os ceisiwch help drwy un llwybr, ond gallai un arall fod yn fwy addas i chi a’ch sefyllfa, byddwn yn sicrhau eich bod yn gallu cael gafael ar y llwybr arall hwn heb unrhyw ymdrech ychwanegol ar eich rhan chi \u2013 rydym yn galw hyn y dull ‘does dim drws anghywir’<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Nid yw un fath o gymorth yn well nag un arall \u2013 mae’r cyfan yn dibynnu ar beth yr hyn sy\u2019n diwallu eich anghenion<\/strong> orau a\u2019r hyn yr ydych chi am ei gyflawni<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Er bod gwasanaethau arbenigol<\/u> yn bwysig, mae llawer o leoedd eraill<\/u> i fynd atynt am gymorth.<\/p>\n

    Dylai pawb rydych yn rhyngweithio \u00e2 nhw – boed hynny’n deulu, yn athro neu’n oedolyn arall y gellir ymddiried ynddo – gadw eich lles emosiynol<\/strong> wrth wraidd popeth a wn\u00e2nt.<\/p>\n
